Developing participation, collaboration and ball control
We provide an encouraging environment to allow each player to develop at their own pace and understanding using activities designed to ensure full participation and enjoyment.
Why Netball
Netball is played by two teams of seven players each. Players pass the ball down a rectangular court and throw it into their opponents’ net, which hangs from a ring on top of a post at each end of the court. Forbidden to move, run, or dribble with the ball, players have to learn to pass it quickly and skillfully. As it’s a semi-contact sport, the teams can be single or mixed gender.
We provide a fun, active and engaging experience for every player by using small-sided games that focus on the key skills for the sport and develop their potential irrespective of experience or ability.
