teaching tactics, speed & flexibility

Anyone for tennis? All you need to play tennis is a racket, a ball and a rectangular court with a net strung across the middle and secured to a post at either end.

A game loved by all

Tennis can be played individually against a single opponent (singles), or between two teams of two players each (doubles). The object of the game is to hit the ball over the net, into your opponent’s side, in such a way that it’s difficult to hit it back. You gain points when your opponent misses the ball.

We teach the key skills of racket control, back/forehand strokes, and spatial awareness through cleverly designed fun activities that focus on improving speed, agility, flexibility, and tactics, so that children acquire tennis techniques naturally, without thinking about them.
